How we can help.

We use pipe camera inspections and locating equipment to investigate accessible underground drain and sewer lines, understand their route, and help plan repairs.

01

Inside-the-pipe camera inspections

We inspect accessible drain and sewer piping with a camera to view the visible condition of the line. We explain what can be seen and discuss any limitations caused by access, standing water, debris, or obstructions.

02

Underground line locating

Where equipment and line access allow, we use a locator to follow the camera transmitter and mark its position above ground. This can help identify the route of the inspected pipe or narrow down a suspected repair location.

03

Clear findings before repair work

We talk through the inspection findings and the next step. The agreed service can focus on investigation only, or we can separately discuss clearing, additional access, and a repair or replacement plan.

FROM THE FIRST CALL

What to expect.

  1. Tell us about recurring blockages, a suspected damaged line, or the pipe route you need to identify. Share known cleanout locations and any previous findings.
  2. We review the available access and discuss what the camera and locating work will cover.
  3. We carry out the accessible inspection, explain the findings, and discuss any recommended follow-up work.

Your questions, answered.

Can the camera inspect every pipe?

Not every line is accessible or suitable for our equipment. Pipe size, bends, access points, and the condition of the line affect how far the camera can travel. Contact us with the details first.

Can you locate a plastic sewer pipe?

Where we can advance the camera transmitter through the line and receive its signal, we can locate its position from above ground. Access and site conditions affect what can be located.

Does locating identify every underground utility?

This service focuses on the pipe we are inspecting. It is not an all-utility survey; excavation-related utility marking and any separate locating requirements need to be addressed as part of the project.

Does a camera inspection include drain clearing?

Clearing and inspection are separate tasks unless both are included in the agreed scope. If the pipe needs clearing to allow inspection, we discuss that with you.

Can I get pictures or a recording?

Tell us before the visit if you need images, a recording, or written findings. We will confirm what documentation can be provided and what is included in the inspection.
