How we can help.

Slow drains and sewer backups can have different causes. We provide drain clearing, camera inspections, locating, and sewer line work to help address the issue.

01

Drain clearing

We discuss which fixtures are affected and use the available access to address a blockage. The approach depends on the line, the symptoms, and the condition of the piping.

02

Camera inspection & locating

Where line access and conditions allow, camera inspection can help show the inside of the pipe. Locating can help identify its route and the position of a suspected problem before repair work is planned.

03

Line repair & replacement

When clearing is not enough, we can discuss repairing or replacing damaged sewer piping. We also handle septic-main tie-ins within an agreed plumbing scope. Excavation, access, and surface restoration should be discussed before work begins.

FROM THE FIRST CALL

What to expect.

  1. Tell us whether one drain or multiple fixtures are backing up, and whether the issue has happened before.
  2. We assess access and discuss clearing, inspection, or additional investigation as appropriate.
  3. We perform the agreed work and check flow where conditions allow, then explain any further findings.

Your questions, answered.

Does a camera inspection always come with drain clearing?

The scope varies by job. Tell us if you want a camera inspection so we can discuss access, line conditions, and whether it should be included.

Can you look inside the pipe?

Yes. We offer camera inspections of accessible drain and sewer piping. Access and line conditions determine how much can be inspected. See our pipe locating and camera inspections service for more detail.

Can you locate the line before a repair?

We can discuss locating an accessible underground drain or sewer line and marking the position of a suspected problem. The method depends on access and the type of pipe.

Does every blockage mean I need a new sewer line?

No. We discuss the findings before recommending the next step. Clearing may address a blockage, while damaged or repeatedly troublesome piping may need further investigation.

What should I tell you when I call?

Let us know which fixtures are affected, whether multiple drains are backing up, whether the problem is recurring, and whether you know where the cleanout is located.
